In late summer, my wife and I stopped at one of the consignment stores on Route #49 and I came across a nice pencil drawing note card depicting the Stone Barn Castle circa. 1901. I contacted Alexandra Nowack, the artist, and she has given me permission to use the image on our site and include it in the former blog article on the Stone Barn Castle. Alexandra has a series of local illustrations available for purchase. Thank you Alexandra.
Keith Schmidt has actively been contributing to the Bitz and Mulholland genealogies … thank you for your continuous contributions Keith … and I came across the above portrait of Catherine Mulholland Bitz. Thanks to Krista Sweetser, we’ve been given permission to use the photograph on our site. This portrait is circa. 1860.
Thank you to everyone has made contributions to the public tree. We’ve expanded to over 1,600 individuals, many of which have obituaries and documents to fill out their stories.
Everyone have a safe and happy holiday season.
