The next installment of village census data has been compiled into our village tree project. The latest source is the 1900 United States Federal Census for the Village of Cleveland. This census provided approximate marriage years and the more detailed relationships helped clean up a few records.
A link to all of the 1900 census source documents can be found at:
1900 United States Federal Census: Northshore Roots (clevelandhistoricalsociety.com)
The method used for archiving the data is done exactly like the previous census information. For more information on how to navigate within the tree project, reference the blog written for the 1875 census.
Of course, if you’re interested in one of the over 5,000 individuals in the tree thus far, simply navigate to the home page and entry either a surname or given name directly at Northshore Roots (clevelandhistoricalsociety.com)
As always, if you have any family information you’re interested in contributing to the project, feel free to contact us. Like wise, if you haven’t already, download the form and contribute to our village house history project.
